    By booking services with THE SKY EVENTS CO., you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before securing your reservation.

    Services Provided

    We provide luxury mirror photo booth rentals, custom print designs, premium backdrops, and attended services as detailed in your specific booking agreement.

    Booking and Payments

    A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to the event date as specified in your invoice. We accept various forms of payment including major credit cards.

    Cancellations and Refunds

    Cancellations made within a certain timeframe prior to the event may result in forfeiture of the retainer or a portion of the total fee. Specific cancellation policies will be outlined in your booking contract.

    Client Responsibilities

    The client is responsible for ensuring adequate space, power supply, and a safe environment for the photo booth setup and our attendants. Any damage caused by guests to our equipment will be billed to the client.

    Limitation of Liability

    THE SKY EVENTS CO. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

    Intellectual Property

    We reserve the right to use photos taken at your event for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to the event.
